1) Retention of accredited anti-trust lawyers to render a current assessment of whether a claim against MLS LLC and USSF, similar to Fraser vs MLS LLC & USSF, would be successful.

This is a fundraising initiative. We seek XX$$ to retain highly rated and award winning attorneys for our analysis. As such, the legal fees in merely rendering an opinion on such a broad and complex matter may be significant.  All funds received will be held in trust by Paul & Elkind, P.A. of Central Florida and to be paid solely for purposes disclosed. None of the active members of this organization draw any salary or personal payment for our services to the organization. While yet unknown, there may be relatively small or nominal transaction costs in properly and lawfully administering a trust account, such as bank fees, copies and postage. Other than these extremely limited costs, all money donated will go to the objective stated.

2) Coordination with worker rights/employment/minority employment groups to spread the message regarding the benefits of open sports systems to their constituents.

3) Meeting with legislative staff within Congress to educate legislators on the benefits of repealing anti-trust exemptions under current dynamics.
